It All Starts with Relationships

Relationships are at the very heart of every aspect of my life. I tend to make friends wherever I go, whether it’s in a work setting, at my favourite local restaurants, or in line at the grocery store. My mother often told me that I “never met a stranger” since I will strike up a conversation with anyone anywhere. I strive to cultivate genuine connections with the people I do business with, rather than taking a short-term, transactional approach.

When I work with a client, my goal is to build a genuine rapport and relationship with them, get to know who they are, and what is important to them. This helps me hone in on the right property for a particular buyer, and to know the best approach for a seller.
